Gluten Free Baklava with Walnut

Gluten-Free Baklava with Walnut is a "special nutritional purpose" product with a recipe developed by Karaköy Güllüoğlu for celiac patients and those on a gluten-free diet.

Studies were carried out with the Association of Living with Celiac and patients were given tastings.
The amount of gluten did not exceed 20mg/kg on the measured dry matter.
Except for flour, other raw materials of Güllüoğlu baklava were kept the same.
Our products are analyzed regularly.
We use a separate warehouse and special production area for the production of Gluten-Free Baklava. We serve our Gluten-free products, which are produced by specially trained production personnel, with separate service equipment (tray-spatula-knife). You can eat with confidence and taste!
